Our take on the DigitalHealth.London launch

We’ve had to keep it on Ice for a while now... So we’re delighted to announce we’re 1 of the 32 companies on the inaugural DigitalHealth.London accelerator programme. Working together with their very talented team, led by Jenny Thomas and four wonderful navigators, the accelerator will facilitate the adoption and diffusion of tech across the NHS.
Supported by the Mayor’s office – deputy Mayor Rajesh Agarwal kindly spoke – along with the South London HIN, UCL Partners, Imperial Health Partners, C&W Charity, GSTT Charity and MedCity the programme doesn’t lack in high level support!
Prof Keith McNeil opened with a fantastic keynote, and his down to earth Aussie style and humility impressed. If that’s followed by action, NHS England has made a very savvy appointment for their new CIO.
A key theme from the panel, talks and discussion was that people pip technology when it comes to making tech work at scale. We’ve always believed that at DrDoctor, which is why we focus on people and training to deliver outcomes, not just a product.
