Is it possible to improve patient experience and save money?

The holy grail of healthcare is better outcomes, and a better experience for less money. We’re working to deliver all three at DrDoctor.

Evidence for financial savings is straightforward, as their is a common metric – pounds saved (although, sadly lacking in many projects). Patient experience is harder. We collect our own Net Promoter score from patients who visit our website. This allows us to benchmark the DrDoctor experience vs other industries.

We’re quite proud of our latest score in this harsh metric. Comparing DrDoctor and Heatherwood and Wexham park hospitals vs other leaders in their industries shows we’re clearly doing something right.
